Jacquelyn Flamminio is an award-winning entrepreneur, facilitator and speaker who built, grew and successfully sold her own retail business.

As the founder of Millbrook Valley Chocolates, she became a seven-time award-winning business owner/chocolatier while leading a team, developing new revenue streams and learning some of her most valuable business lessons the hard way. Her biggest breakthroughs came when she stopped following every traditional rule, simplified the business and began creating more profitable experiences from what she already had.

 

After relocating to Prince Edward Island, Jacquelyn brought that experience into entrepreneurship programming, mentorship and community leadership. She has coordinated more than 30 workshops and events and mentored more than 40 women entrepreneurs.

 

Her speaking and facilitation experience includes moderating the 2025 Mosaic BIPOC Business Panel, serving as a moderator and speaker at the PEIBWA Mentorship Event, and delivering the keynote address at the 2026 Thriving in Colour Retreat.

 

Jacquelyn is also the current President of the Black Cultural Society of PEI and the creator of 15 Seats™, a workshop framework that helps business owners turn what they already know, make, own or do into focused experiences and group offers.

 

Known for her candid, engaging and experience-led approach, Jacquelyn helps audiences question the rules that keep them stuck, recognize opportunities already in front of them and turn hard-earned lessons into meaningful action.
